Cowboys Rebuilt Suspension (CRS) Terms of Sale

  1. Parts ordered incorrectly by customer are subject to a restocking fee at 25% of the product sale price. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  2. Orders that are cancelled because a vehicle is “totaled out” after CRS’s work is in progress are subject to a restocking fee at 25% of the product sale price. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, if any.
  3. CRS has the first opportunity to make it right. Contact CRS before taking ANY steps to alter or modify the CRS product. If CRS approves Customer purchase of replacement part(s), CRS will pay the agreed upon replacement cost of the part. If Customer purchases a part before CRS has an opportunity to make it right, Customer FORFEITS ANY REFUND, including the cost of the part and any labor costs.
  4. All parts MUST be torqued to dealership specifications after being installed on the vehicle. CRS does not torque bolts and nuts to specification. FAILING TO TORQUE PARTS TO DEALERSHIP SPECIFICATIONS WILL VOID ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES.
  5. All new ball joints with greaseable zerks MUST be greased by the customer after parts are installed on the vehicle. CRS does not grease new ball joints. FAILING TO GREASE NEW BALL JOINTS WITH GREASEABLE ZERKS WILL VOID ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES.

ANY AND ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

  1. All NEW wearable parts on CRS products will have a 12 month unlimited mileage warranty for replacement. Wearable parts include: Ball Joints, Wheel Bearings, Hub Assemblies, and Bushings
  2. All warranty requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase. We cannot honor the warranty, if you do not present your receipt.
  3. Warranties are non-transferable.
  4. If the Customer improperly installs CSR’s product, ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE VOID AND CUSTOMER FORFEITS ANY REFUND. This includes but is not limited to failing to torque the part to dealership specifications and failing to grease new ball joints with greasable zerks.
  5. If the customer purchases a replacement part before CRS has an opportunity to honor the warranty, the WARRANTY IS VOID AND CUSTOMER FORFEITS ANY REFUND.
  6. IF CUSTOMER REPLACEMENT OF WEARABLE PART IS APPROVED BY CRS, THE WARRANTY AS TO THE REPLACED WEARABLE PART SHALL CARRY THE REMAINING TERM OF THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY.
  7. Suspension parts are sold for normal on-road use only. Extreme applications INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO any form of racing or off-road use WILL VOID ALL WARRANTIES AND CUSTOMER FORFEITS ANY REFUND.
  8. CRS WARRANTIES DO NOT COVER payment or reimbursement for incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to the following:
    • Loss of time, income, sales or profits
    • Towing, lift, dock or storage fees
    • Customer’s labor to alter or modify a CRS product
    • Suspension parts not included on or in the CRS product as delivered
    • Vehicle rental
    • Motel or lodging
    • Phone calls or communication expenses
    • Damage to or destruction of property or
    • Injury or death to persons.
  9. Products repaired or replaced under warranty shall carry the remaining term of the original warranty.
  10. CRS does not broker or PROVIDE ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED warrant FOR USED products.
